From Quote to Delivery
-
Quote
If you would like to receive a quote, please e-mail all the files that need to be translated and all relevant information.
You can also first send me a short e-mail with general questions about
a possible project and a sample file of the text. Tentative quotes may
be provided based on any information. Quotes will be delivered as soon
as possible, free of charge.
-
Order contract
Please contact me again if you would like to order a translation. I
will issue and e-mail an order contract and invoice after I have
reviewed the original text in its entirety. A final order contract
determines the price for the translation (and possible editing and
other tasks that I and my colleagues perform).
The quote and final order contract will contain specific information
regarding payment. Up-front-, down-payments, partial payments, late
charges or extra charges may apply as outlined in the order contract.
-
Order confirmation
As soon as I have received the countersigned order contract from you via e-mail, the order for a
translation is valid. The translation will be carried out and you are liable for all costs specified in the order contract.
-
Add-on If you request additional work not previously included in the final
order contract, I will provide an additional quote and order contract, and an invoice
will be provided for additional work.
-
Translation delivery
The finished translation will be e-mailed to you. It can also be
delivered to your FTP portal. A quality-assurance
statement will be included.
For more information, please review these Terms and Conditions.
